Each registration is eligible for up to 2 papers.

All authors (including invited speakers) should complete the conference registration before 23 July, 2026.

Cancellation Policy

Registrations cancelled before 23 July 2026 will receive a full refund. No refunds can be processed after this date.
 
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and timing of the programme or the occasional identity of the speakers. The UCMMT2026 committee and the University of Birmingham take no responsibility for non-refundable travel/accommodation in the case of a changed programme or cancelled event.
