Each standard registration is eligible for up to 2 papers. One student registration can only cover one accepted paper.
All authors (including invited speakers) should complete the conference registration before 23 July, 2026.
**Guest registration is intended for someone who is not participating in the technical programme. Hence, it does not include lunches/coffee breaks, but it does include the gala dinner.
Cancellation Policy
Registrations cancelled before 23 July 2026 will receive a full refund. No refunds can be processed after this date.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and timing of the programme or the occasional identity of the speakers. The UCMMT2026 committee and the University of Birmingham take no responsibility for non-refundable travel/accommodation in the case of a changed programme or cancelled event.
